We love all of our guests  at The Industry Salon, and we want to make sure everyone feels that their time is valuable. Please kindly give your stylist 24 hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment. After two No-Show appointments we will ask for a Non-Refundable booking fee to secure that spot. 
We get it, important things come up, however to ensure that we continue to value everyone’s time, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule you to another day/time.
