At The Industry Salon, we love and value all of our guests, and we believe everyone’s time deserves the same care and respect.

Please provide your stylist with at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a non-refundable booking fee to secure future appointments.

We completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up. To ensure we can honor both your time and the time of our stylists and other guests, appointments where clients arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to be modified or rescheduled to a later date or time.
