1: Appointments & Booking
• Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment.
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure a full service experience. Late arrivals may result in shortened services.

2: Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
We value your time and ask that you value ours.

3: Deposits
• Certain services (extensions, color corrections, specialty services) may require a non-refundable deposit.
• Deposits will be applied toward the final service total.
• Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation policies are not followed.

4: Pricing
• Service pricing varies based on stylist level, hair length, thickness, and product usage.
